Arm Lift

Fluctuations in weight, growing older, and heredity can cause your upper arms to have a drooping, sagging appearance. If you feel embarrassed about the way your arms look, we can help. An upper arm lift (also called brachioplasty) removes that excess skin and gives you more slender, youthful-looking arms again. In an arm lift, Dr. Morehouse places a single incision along the inside of your upper arm, running with the natural curve of the muscle, where it's difficult to see most of the time. You'll be able to wear sleeveless garments again.

An arm lift, or brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that:

  • Reduces excess sagging skin that droops downward
  • Tightens the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm
  • Reduces localized pockets of fat in the upper arm region
